⏱ Order Processing & Tracking Updates
Since we work with overseas fulfillment centers, please allow 4–7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number to become active in the system.
All orders are sent to our manufacturer for processing and dispatch within 24 hours of purchase. It typically takes an additional 1–2 business days for the manufacturer and shipping carrier to process and hand over your package.
Rest assured: your order has been shipped once your tracking number is issued. You may check your order status at any time. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us for assistance.
📭 Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Please note that Everminted is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Any such issues are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier directly for further support.
🚫 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be at the customer's expense. While we review all orders carefully before dispatch, we are not responsible for errors such as incorrect credit card details or misspelled addresses.
